Principal: Dr Virgil Troy
Virgil’s diverse work experience includes 15 years in broadcasting and 12 years as a Management Consultant working in a variety of industries and sectors; SIL Research evolved as distinct service entity owing to customer demand for high caliber specialized research services.  Underpinning the hands-on, practical application of business research is Virgil’s academic background which includes a Bachelors Degree in Broadcasting Communications (BBc) and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA with Distinction) majoring in Marketing and International Business and a PhD in Customer Relationship Management.

Administration: Maria Blance
Research and office administration is managed by Maria Blance. 
Maria has a NZIM Certificate in Management  (NZIM Cert), and a Diploma in Applied Management (DipAppMan).  

Field team:
Our research team comprises of a dynamic field force. This means that teams of researchers are recruited and deployed as needed on a research project basis.
