Solutions Training is a Hawke’s Bay based training company established in 1992. Over the past 12 years the company has provided training and consultancy services to local and national business and government agencies in New Zealand.

Solutions Training is run and managed by principal trainer/consultant Virgil Troy .

Prior to entering the training and consultancy industry, over a 15 year period Virgil worked extensively within the New Zealand Broadcasting Industry. In addition to a wealth of national and international broadcasting experience, Virgil holds a Bachelor of Broadcasting Communications Degree from the New Zealand Broadcasting School (www.cpit.ac.nz/nzbs). 

In 2002 Virgil received his a Master of Business Administration degree with distinction from the Massey University Graduate School of Business - recently named as the best MBA program in New Zealand (http://gsb.massey.ac.nz).

As part of Virgil's ongoing commitment to learning, in March 2003 he started working on his Doctor of Philosophy at the Center for Organizational Excellence Research (www.coer.org.nz) at Massey University, New Zealand. Virgil's research area is Customer Relationship Management.
